I underscore the word 'again' because I telephoned them yesterday to get additional information on the online shopping mall they announced Nov. 30. The woman who answered the phone was unable to help me [she didn't seem to know anything] so she transferred my call to IR--where I left a message and as yet, have not had my call returned. Same here "to the T" which makes me slightly nervous...You think if the 'shopping mall' were really functional the secretary would know about it.
