Eldon, My best guess is that you should be able to donate the stock certificates to anyone. I have my shares through Merril Lynch and they have an assigned value of .175 to the shares. I would imagine that would be the value of the write-off for tax purposes. Maybe if you were to call the IRS they may be able to offer you some insight as well. Regards, Chuck
