I believe it. Is this the first prospectus you have ever looked at? This really is quite usual. If a company does not basically scare a potential buyer to death, it can open itself to mega-problems later, as in not adequately warning people they are not buying Fort Knox. I would not be surprised if the propsectus for Yahoo!, Netscape, and a few years ago, Cisco, had similar wording. No!!! I do _not_ think NAVO will one day hold the status CSCO does today. I am merely using it as an example. Lynn
