I doubt they are worrying about much but how much they can pump Q4 earnings with inventory of High priced fast P-IIs. They will down bin to the extent that their sales reps.(The computer makers) can't bait and switch, but I think they will make their 10% earnings improvement on the strength of their unsold 400MHz & above chips. Remember that $one of inventory = $one of revenue, except that there is still some work to be done & the inventory depreciates rapidly in this business, especially when price cuts are announced after the quarter closes.

Watch for it to happen.
