At the end you will get a comment box, ask here the cost to assemble/test and ship. You may want to send him e-mail and tell him you just sent inquiry at the PRICE list site. Then you can converse back & forth by e-mail to nail it down. He seems to be a very nice person and will do anything to help, even make suggestions.
