About S.F. Blackout. My Co-worker informed he saw Governor Pete Wilson on Television saying he wasn't sure why the Blackout happened but said, Get this "HE KNEW THE CITY WAS UNDERGOING Y2K TESTING", After saying that though he was handed a message to the effect that it wasnt due to the y2k testing. Hmm... Just think if the black out was due to Y2k testing! What if they dont want to cause a panic? Im not trying to hype, just relying the news as it was told to me. I live just north of SF, it was a local new station.
