Vantive seems to be a real bargain at these prices. Although comparable to CLFY in many ways, trading at only about 40% of CLFY price.The deal with PERI not only opens up new market but also resulted in PERI as a customer. It maybe that it is year end tax selling pressure. The same with PSFT. IMO, both should edge up higher starting 3rd week of Dec and into Jan.
