leroyt, i agree. the value of the dividend is less significant than the value of the credibility associated with it. it's one of those loose ends that needs to get tied. also, some word on reporting status would go far in firming up support, imho. this was their statement on March 19. The Company also announced its intention to become a reporting company by the filing of a Form 10 with the SEC in the next sixty to ninety days. ''We believe that we will increase the interest of institutional investors by becoming a reporting company,'' said Michael ''Mikey'' Weinstein, Chief Operating Officer. ''This decision is also very timely in light of recent requirements for OTC Bulletin Board Companies to maintain 'reporting' status,'' said Weinstein. the company said 60 - 90 days, they set the schedule. i like bnez, have been here a long time and expect to be here for a long time yet to come. but i fully expect them to be different than most bb stocks and that means attention to these details that bring value to investors. i can accept delays. heck pma was a few months late from original estimates. that's the way things go. but ultimately these things need resolution. this is not intended to be a bashing just a note to remind us that certain expectations have been made that need to be addressed. cheers. gary
