It yields directional signals, not indicators of the magnitude of moves. Hi Trindy. Please continue to post your findings, as I would like to compare with mine. My MACD divergence scans basically only give directional signals also, but if our systems coincide, maybe we don't really need to know the magnitude of the moves. We will see the end of a move when both coincide. I can dream, can't I? Currently I am seeing some weakness, altho I believe that there will be one more leg up before it REALLY shows itself. But the current weakness is good for a few short-term moves on the short side, in my opinion. Then a rally to new highs, where the MACD divergences come out by the dozens. Then I will be 100% short.
