Things were pretty quiet on the SUBM front. Looks like they filled the coffers once more with another private placement for $4 million, exercisable at $0.52 per share or an additional 20 million shares possible. Ferran sounded extremely upbeat in the press release (available at the PR Newswire site under SUBM). Can't survive without cash so I think its a positive. Don't care too much about the potential dilution at this point. Better dilution than bankruptcy (not much better but what the heck!!) Any other opinions would be appreciated and no P.F. it was not something you said. Time will tell if we can rejoice by the new millenium.
