Does anyone know who Horace Tsiang is? He is a director and sold 5,000 shares at 12 two weeks ago. Either he really needed the money or he realized that he is a director of a company with the worst CEO and figured he may as well take some money off of the table. This company sucks. VLSI's stock price may have come up, but it's still far below where it would be if it had a decent CEO. Stein's gotta go.
