Question for all.

In reviewing the Hawk Associates info on PJ they stated 17M in common outstanding shares and options and ....

>> Projectavision's management has indicated to us that it has already received orders for 3,000 DHT units from the WIZ and expects to have a substantial backlog of orders in 1997. If all goes well with the Company's current business plan, Projectavision could generate at least $25 million in revenues from the sale of only 5,000 units resulting a gross margin of $5 million before overhead and marketing expenses.<<

I understand this to read that the gross margin on $25M is to be $5M before overhead and marketing. Does this not contradict Mr."N/A"'s statement earlier that PJ would only gross $100 per set? Do the above numbers not indicate more in the 20% range, less overhead expenses?

Curious.

And I am assuming that the number of shares to use for calculation purposes would be the 17M. So that's 20,000 units at discount 10% ($7200), assuming only 2/3rds of the gross margin, that's just the underside of $20M. Isn't this number larger than $0.03 per share.

Somebody please correct my numbers, I'm manufacturing and Engineering, not financial.

Thanks,
Tomas
