The partnership is designed to promote the powerful combination of Periphonics' CTI technology and Vantive's call center software solutions. Periphonics has also selected Vantive as its enterprise-wide customer relationship management software solution. Periphonics' Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solution, CallSPONSOR(R), empowers agents to handle calls faster and more efficiently by eliminating the need for customers to repeat information that has already been captured by the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
