The Bubble is punctured : SUIT SEEKS $20 MILLION FROM AOL FOR BUSY SIGNALS Five California men have brought a class-action suit for negligence and consumer fraud against America Online, charging in a Los Angeles Superior Court that AOL introduced flat-fee pricing that increased activity well beyond what it was prepared to handle, so that subscribers encountered "busy and unavailable phone lines and/or inaccessible computer equipment."

This not on main wires yet,
AOL is trying to stonewall it..but AOL closed down today and closed with an Order Influx...( sign there will be after hour trading )
suit is lible to spread..
I see more storm clouds ahead, don't wish to rain on anyones
parade..but I think the little indivdual gets shafted bad enough
on the after hr trading..and gets news to late..u know AOL had
to know about this suit...u didn't even see a responce....
they will of course respond..and challange it, after the insiders
sell what they can..
