Now that's what I've been waiting to see. Tax loss selling and new institutions coming in to buy those shares up.

I still believe that 1999 will be the 2nd wind for Y2K stocks.

Depending on the severity of the problem post-2000, they may reach a frenzy level themselves (for the solid ones)

Not being hypish, but with the market looking for stocks with potential for growth in a climate of a big cap profits recession, they may be considered a relative safe harbor.
