Hi Judy,

Yeah, one of my co-workers asked me if I knew anything about TECD. He had just purchased some shares yesterday not knowing that I had a few hundred shares. He was kinda surprised when I started spitting out all the stats. He purchased it because he thought it was a good entry price for a financially solid company. Also, he say the recent high and thinks it will retest that soon!

You know Judy, I usually work three lots of stock holdings (3 companies) and write (sell) as many at or out of the money covered calls for the EASY premiums while the stock moves sideways. I then use those premiums I collect to add to the holdings to further average down my cost basis. When the stock starts to go up I continue to add to the position by purchasing as much as I can on margin and at the same time sell DEEP in the money calls. By the time I get called out I have a hefty profit and I'm out and moving on to my next pre-screened stock choice. It just one of many ways to work the stock market. It works for me! And, it matches my risk vs. reward rules.

You need money to make money in the stock market and one has to exploit every advantage at the right time. Leverage, timing, to name a few tools. Not everyone has the stomach to watch their stock and not concentrate exclusively on the money! I'm cautious, but I never second guess my decision oncet made because I need to remain focus on the move and my parameters! The profits take itself.

I also evaluate my outcomes to see if I can improve upon my results. Believe me when I tell you that I don't make the same mistake twice! And, I'm finally learning to have fun at this!
