You want the Microsoft NT Worktation 4.0 Resource Kit.

The Resource Kit book gets a lot of mention here and everyone seems to have it, but the user reviews at amazon.com are terrible...

Here's a few examples:

Incomplete, obsolete and overpriced. Get supplement 3.
The most annoying thing about this title is its references to titles in the NT
Server resource kit that are not included. The title has not been updated since
the original printing several years ago and the CD utilities are mostly of little
use or are full of bugs that are fixed on the supplement disks at more cost. Some
of the software bugs are fixed by updates that should be available on the
Microsoft web site but could not be downloaded because of errors in the web
site links.

VERY POOR! If there was one thing that really got on my nerves about this book;
it is the annoying habit of saying "for more information see NT
Concepts&Planning" etc. I was trying to find out about user profiles and how to
configure and set them up etc. This book gives very little information about it
and informs you to buy another book. REALLY IRRITATING. CHOOSE ANOTHER BOOK
ON WORKSTATION. You aren't missing anything!!!!

Why the divergence of views? This is not a cheap paperback so I am a bit confused as to why it is considered a staple item here yet can have such a negative impact on others.
