Joe - Excuse me but I am not well versed in this. When "shareholders have the opportunity to subscribe for up to $7.5 million of convertible loan notes" on similar terms, does that mean that a shareholder needs to come up with the funds to loan and then can convert anytime after that for $5.00? That would sure not include a poor dork like myself who is always fully extended in stocks, with no extra cash.
