Hog populations in North Carolina have increased from 2.8MM to 10MM since 1990. Residents are up in arms and producers will have to look at environmentally acceptable ways to eliminate this problem.

Looks like a job for some fecal eating microbes.... I think we have just what the farmers and the environmentalist need.
