Hi Pat, Looking at the WSJ story, and presuming that it's based on fact, the Siemens - COMS joint venture strikes me as complementing the existing Siemens - NN alliance. interactive.wsj.com Building an office PBX that will communicate over data networks should only add to the demand for NN's products.
