CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The Learning Company, Inc.'s (NYSE:TLC) Broderbund Home Design Group, in its continuing effort to broaden its leadership position in the home design software category, today announced the signing of a cooperative marketing agreement with ImproveNet (www.ImproveNet.com), the Internet's leading independent service for helping homeowners find reliable contractors.
Under terms of the agreement, which broadens The Learning Company's leadership position in the home design software category, the Broderbund home design group will be an anchor tenant in ImproveNet's "Remodeler's Shop," ImproveNet's products and services section. ImproveNet will receive promotional coverage through the Broderbund unit's 3D Home(TM) software series and website. The companies are pursuing additional joint marketing agreements.
