Paul, am a holder of the conv and haven't seen anything, however I'm pretty certain that Eagle under the provisions of the convert (stock trades over $27 for 30 days) will force the conversion as soon as possible. It probably was a major factor in setting the price($29) and the date (to give 30+ days and not make the next interest payment due Mar 99). Scott
