Given that some people say that the first sector to rebound in a cyclical recovery should be test and assembly, rather than front end, does anybody think that the following report is significant?

NEW YORK, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Credit Suisse First Boston
analyst Elliot Rogers said Wednesday he raised Teradyne Inc.'s
(NYSE:TER) fiscal year 1999 estimate and target price.
-- Rogers' $0.10 increase in 1999's EPS projection, to
$1.25, and the higher target price to $60 from $40 reflect
building order momentum in the fourth quarter together with
solid prospective gains in cost containment.
-- Both semiconductor test and non-semiconductor-related
orders are ahead of plan in the fourth quarter, with orders now
forecast around $300 million versus the prior estimate of $270
million.
