WMCLQ December 9, 1998 news release: Equity Committee designates per share tender price for preferred shares (WMCCQ) at $19.00 per share for 1,052,631 shares. The tender offer is contemplated to take place following WMCLQ's expected dismissal of its Chapter 11 case. The $20 million offer is contingent upon, among other things, the Rensselaer asset sale, which WMCLQ will use its best efforts to close as soon as practicable, and implementation of the terms of the settlement.
