I don't generally talk to myself, but this one's a steal at this price! just added to my cache this A.M. . love this price, hope it stays down a little longer so I can get some more, but I don't think I'll get that lucky. This one's going to fly and I think soon, here's why....01) Companies on their way out don't spend the money it takes to patent if they anticipate "a funeral". 09-10-98, AFFI receives allowance for patent.... 02) Citibank is a MAJOR PLAYER in the banking industry. With their resources they don't just hook up with any fly-by-night vendors to help them increase their revenues. But they are using AFFI software right now! PATENTED SOFTWARE! As fast as the on-line loan processing facet of the net is growing, CitiBank is not going to waste precious time setting up their system with AFFI software if they didn't believe in the product and its longevity. I've been through CitiBanks news releases since this testing began on 11-15-98 and there's no mention of any problems or pitfalls they've encountered. This means that CitiBank is MAKING MONEY! They like that sort of thing! They are not going to just ditch these programs, they are going to keep that MONEY TRAIN on track! Which means MORE MONEY FOR AFFI!!!. 03) 11-17-98, "AFFI and Fair Isaac sign joint venture"! Another BIG PLAYER in their segment! "FIC's revenues up 23% over last year" quoted from AFFI's press release on this venture. FIC IS A COMPANY THAT KNOWS HOW TO MAKE MONEY and will do what it takes to keep that trend alive. They know that AFFI has good product and that THIS VENTURE WILL MAKE BOTH OF THEM MONEY! MY GUESS is that at worst case FIC may buy out AFFI at some point, if it becomes necessary. 04) AFFI is teetering on the brink of being de-listed. SO WHAT?! Half of the companies I invest in are OTC's, NOT A PROBLEM! 05) All of this information has been generated in the last three months. Is it luck? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
