I heard that a "new" estimate for Y2K remediation costs is $1 trillion, with $600 billion to be spent pre-2000 and $400 billion to be spent post-2000. I expect TAVA's share in the post-2000 climate to be greater than in the pre-2000 climate. Anybody know the source of the "new" estimate?
