I consider DGIV close to a small cap type stock for these reasons.
They have a product line, they have relationships, JV's etc., they have income or they would not be in business at the present time. A company cannot exist on air. I realize that DGIV is non-reporting so one cannot analyze their income statements, etc. This is the real difference at the present time between this stock and a small cap.
However, with that said, DGIV is on the leading edge in the red hot
sector of world wide communications with a definitive entrepreneureal
spirit and passion for what they are doing.
For those who have never been engaged in their own business, the entrepeneureal spirit and passion are as important as the product. This is what separates DGIV from an individual from AT&T, etc. who is just doing a job for someone. Viewed from across the table in a sales and negotiating venue, there is no comparison. Spirit, passion, and the flexibility that goes along with it will win every time compared to a staid corporate structure or ordered framework like AT&T.
This is why I am here to help small companies find a better way for the world.
