Eric I appreciate your enthusiasm here, but you manage to avoid talking about the Nasdaq requirement.

I have stated that I believe K-tel management will surprise all and cut creative deals and co-marketing agreements with other volume sites creating more investor value in the stock. I also think it no big deal for the management of a company valued at over $100M to raise a shortfall to $4M in assets. The suits have no merit, and the lawyers are just setting up shorts for a rather nasty lesson on pessimism, IMHO.

It is rather obvious the shortfall was both short term and not of significant size, as K-tel management felt it immaterial to post to newswires. In a hot stock sector, with a hot stock the reward ratio is exceedingly high, for those willing to risk. I'm hoping for a triple or more, within the next three months. I also believe there are suitors lined up to help out K-tel, in a mutually beneficial manner. I see strong competition to Amazon.com and CD-NOW in the CD business, in K-tel coming soon.

2) is there a website that tracks short positions ?

Yes, there are many. The maximum days till cover is a prime indicator on the peak of squeezes.

Good luck Max! Remember, be visionary.

Regards,

-- Eric
