Eldon, It does not matter if IPM shares has any listed value or not to merge IPM with Maxam. The last I heard of IPM shares they were stopped from trading by the SEC because they had not filed the proper paperwork for something or other, IPM to my knowledge has not yet filed the paperwork. As far as I know the merger is on track and is doing fine. Paunch
