Joseph,re:"WHO CARES". Ain't that irony for the VOTERs. If you don't care, live with it. Don't blame nobody if this is an acceptable/desirable behaviors: cheap/lie/do what it takes to get what one's need. The problem for the 'government leaders/officials' is: other than Clinton, those are not acceptable for most people and we cannot have 2 standards ( NOT IN FRONT OF THE WORLD ). Were it not for 'Clinton', the case is close and the person would be put in jail already. WHO CARES!!! The question is who care "WHO CARES". This is the problem when a 'leader' has no moral. We are going to pay for the consequence of a 'no moral official'. The damage is so severe, one would not know until 'the education fund' is depleted and we are still a nation of 'no moral', who cares.
