If you are not going to be playing games, why overclock and risk frying your machine? If you are getting the Zip for compatibility, cool, if not get an LS120 and lose the Zip and floppy. For a monitor, ViewSonic Professional series or a Sony Trinitron but if you want less that 450, get a CTX. Video card, can't go wrong with a Matrox. Sound card needs to be a sound blaster 16. Win98 is a lot better than 95 but NT still rules!
