Jim,

As much as I like the company I can't argue with your analysis on past management or on the risks involved in Tseng. There is no doubt in my mind that the company is a `do it or hang it up' position. Now, lets take a look at some of the positives. First if you aren't in a position to accept the risk you shouldn't mess with Tseng. I think you will agree with that. Second the management point you bring up is a good one and I think the company is looking at correcting some of it's poor policies of the past. From what I have seen Tseng tried to play in a big game using mom and pop tactics. The new move toward `take or pay' contracts should increase cash flow and reduce inventory write downs. Additionally, the companies involvement in the far eastern countries is a good strategic play and investigation into expanded foundry facilities should help improve production responses.

The company is booking in around $3 and selling at around 4 «. If you want to buy now is the time. They are committing a record amount into R&D for the new 3D chip technology that should come on line in the 3rd quarter of 97. This introduction should be just in time to ride the crest of the webTV and MMX multimedia markets as they emerge and expand. Full production of the ET6000 was met in the 3rd quarter of 96. Although this cut the 2nd quarter negative of 5 cents to 2 cents per share it will take another quarter to show rid the income statement of the losses from Win32. Have patience and believe. Of course belief is tempered by a strong balance sheet, which Tseng still displays Am I right? Am I wrong? June through September will give indications and September through December will tell the whole story. This stock will clear 400 to 500% of it's current value or it will disappear from the market. My money is on Tseng but I didn't bet the babies milk money.
