Dreamer Your comment implies: 1) Canion's a crook; and 2) TRCD CEO John Mitcham is naive. I confess to not knowing much about Canion or his involvement with GKI. But I do know a lot about Mitcham. He's one of the sharpest businessmen in high tech today. I am certain that Mitcham apprised himself fully of the GKI deal before inviting Canion to the party. As evidence, look at how the stock reimburement is structured -- 1 year restriction followed by max sales of 1% per quarter.
