Appreciate your comprehensive reply - and for making a guess at the costs MIFGY may incur. Whilst not insignificant, I guess in turn that they should have an almost negligible impact on the results in simple cost terms.

Further guess that the stock price drift down over that past couple of days is due to uncertainty over these actions - may be that other UK holders are as new to these as me.
