Why would a fund or other institution sell at this time? To take profits in order to improve their investment performance for the year? A fair number of shares changed hands when the stock fell out of bed in October and sank to around 11. So 3 or 4 points might look good to someone in a short term thinking mode. Wish this company would say something about the performance of their stock once in awhile. IMO it is one of the obligations inherent in creating shareholder value. You must also preserve shareholder value. I don't know why the big boys do this all the time to combat a slide in value that seems unwarranted but some of the little guys stay mum. Of course, maybe the company is buying back its own stock at this level.
