Robert, your apparent understanding of the "legal system" is hopelessly (as well as politically) flawed. Of your first five items, would you care to point out for us why the Justice Department isn't pursuing any of those? Keeping in mind, of course, that head of the Justice Department (the Attorney General - a Democrat - working at the behest and direction of the White House) hasn't seen fit to bring any charges. Might it be that your opinion of what is or was illegal is just a bit skewed? Seems to me you should have more faith in your Attorney General and her illustrious boss when it comes to fighting back against the supposed "elite." Mr. K.
