How does one clear all the entries that are
found under the location toolbar of Netscape Navigator Gold?

I don't remember this option in previous versions, but 4.08 has a "clear location bar" button under edit/preferences/netscape.

Otherwise, I think you would have to remove the fat.db file in cache.
