The last time AAPL went lower than today's low was during the October 8 full market downtilt. The market is up. The company is performing. The news sweep is positive. The only negatives are unfounded inventory rumors and inference from that seasonal layoff.

Sheesh! There are many less risky shorts than AAPL at 32 out there. The theory of an institutional position unwinding before the end of the year may hold water at the 35 to 37 range, but here? Only if the position is huge and the rush is on.

I have only one conclusion: It must be tax selling, coupled with profit taking, exacerbated by rumor based short selling above 32 1/2, aggravated by AAPL's whipping boy stock reputation, together with normal short term market churn in an anxious market concerning any company with overseas exposure who's in bed with Microsoft. Especially since there's that thing about the reputation of Microsoft for gutting, plundering and leaving empty carcasses of companies that enter into any kind of relationship with them, and Apple has had its hand in that fire for over a year now.

I GIVE UP! That just cuts it! I'm outta here. It's ridiculous! With the NASDAQ up over 15 points for the day, AAPL closes at 32. I'm going to place a sell order for 45 and when it executes in January, I'm closing my broker's account and leaving this crap behind.
