I guess I'm missing something here. Why are people getting upset about this announcement? The items listed are just proposals to be voted on. Nothing is carved in stone here. The fact that they are having a share holders meeting two weeks after the NASD hearing would seem to indicate that they expect to still be in business. Somebody enlighten me. Bruce
