I'm not an insider

Nor is 95% of the people who have warrants on that S-3 list, read the definition I posted. I have no inside information. I just like what I see, I always have. I'm not short, nor do I ever intend to be short. There is alot of better stocks to short. The S-3 is the form used to register unregistered securties, so that if people want to sell, which it is my and their legal right to do so, the securties are registered. Like I said I have bought more since the Kaufman report came out. I have bought on the open market for the last 2 years at prices from 2-16 and eveywhere in between. I believe this stock could be selling at a much higher price in the next 12 months, thats my opinion. I can't speak for anybody else, but if all the so called "people in the know" thought that 5 million shares were going to hit the market do you think they would be buying more of it. Ask yourself if Kaufman Brothers, which has a very good reputation as institutional based research firm, thought that stock was going to get pounded by "shares flooding the market", they would put it on their recommended list with a target of 38. I don't know where CYOE stock is going to be Monday, next week, or next month, but I do believe that this company and its excellent management has a great business model that will cause alot of people on Wall Street to sit up and take notice in the next 12 months, and the stock will be alot higher (In my opinion even higher the the 38 target price.) But as I have always said, if the company makes you nervous, the price seems too high, or you want to listen to people who have no clue as to what they're talking about and have trouble interpeting a S-3 or a stock dividend, or short sellers trying to undermind the stock price so they can buy it back at profit. DON'T BUY THE STOCK.
