FACT: ascenscio was arrested, his e-mail subpeonad, The US marshalls had to drag him to court, he cursed out one of the lawyers deposing him. I am not claiming to be some big institutional investor, I am a retail broker who is passing along info that because of my connections i can obtain, and i will continue to do so.

For starters pal, Fact Ascencio was arrested, The judge ordered to see all his e-mail, wich convienantly was deleted, to Manny's dismay the judge provided a program to retrieve his e-mail. The U.S. Marshalls had to physically drag him into court, when asked a question he did not like he told the lawyer to go f**k himself. Furthermore it is a fact that at least one firm he does business with has turned states evidence for immunity. Secondly i am not some big institutional investor, I am a retail broker, I believe in HEB therefor i have taken a substantial position for my clients as well as hebws for myself. I am not a newbie, and will stick around to relay the truth to other investors who may not have the ability to obtain the info I can.
