Don't know as much about legasy HYSW, but it makes sense that selling Enterprise and Pillar into Essbase's installed base is going slower than the flip-flop (selling Essbase). Essbase sells itself, and is easier to learn to sell than Enterprise and Pillar, thus, the former HYSW employees are selling Essbase more than former ARSW employees are selling Enterprise and Pillar. Once the products are better integrated, which is one comment made in the full Dain Rauscher report, people will be more apt to buy Pillar and Enterprise.

I would say that these issues are temporary rather than chronic, however, I will admit again that I am not as familiar with the former HYSW.
