True Hal. While it is not an uncommon practice to reprice option it does defeat the whole purpose of granting them. They are supposed to be used as an incentive to increase shareholder value and in turn make those options more valuable to the owner.

The repricing is just another slap in the face of the shareholder. While we sit here an suffer in a relative vacuum of no information they lower the option prices and pay no penalty for the company's pathetic lack of direction.
