They are acknowledged as corporate finance whores by most street players. Most of their analysts suck! They have so many blowup stocks that it is clear they do no true research, but rather rely on the bs management spews. (Now what does that remind you of?) Even your brother in law should know that. You, on the other hand, have no clue but that doesn't stop you from babbling on. Cowen would cover ccur if they thought they could get a fee for it. Are they raising cash to keep seac going, or do they smell a fee for the reorganization?
