I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I think you are a little ahead of yourself here. I understand that Callaghan met with a mine inspector at the site and that the inspector suggested that a heap leach pad may be possible. Although the heap leach pad is cheaper and quicker it will still need a permit. Not sure a leach pad and mining equipment can be in place early '99, in any event.
