The only thing that was a little weak was the way the site was set up and for some strange reason the SSL did not always kick in (software
security layer). I got different results (display) from Netscape and IE Explorer. Not sure why SSL did not kick in during the credit card entry screen because that might turn off customers (having to send credit info in the clear and not encrypted).....
