The proper punishment would be to restrict his access to female interns, alone in the Oval office, for about 4 months.

Still flush from his earlier routing of Encyclopedia Starr: Boy Detective, David Kendall is intrigued by your suggestion. The President has indicated his willingness not to spend time "alone" with any interns, but Mr. Clinton reserves the right to meet interns ALONE, alone, alOnE and alone, as well as singly in the absence of other persons.
