Ron, Ditto what Handshake has said.
They only high grade ore that Dayton currently has access to is from the Churrmata mantos deposit. The rest of Daytons reserves are simply not economical to mine these days with low gold prices.
If you go back and reread all of Daytons press releases you will see that Dayton has focused most of its attention on drilling Churrmata and now mining Churrmata. Dayton failed to file the Churrmata claims in the property register in Chile. They simply have no rights to these claims period and they will lose the 9 pending court cases. My guess is that 1, 2, 3 punch will end Dayton all together: ie they lose Churrmata, they pay fines for destruction of mill and stealing of ore, banks demand payment in full for their loan. How will they be able to surive all of this is beyond me althought stranger things have happened. Still, there is a suitor in the background-rumor is it is Newcrest who may offer a way out for Datyon. In any case, Dayton's fate will be determined sometime in the next few days.
