NAVR dilution suicide watch 13.488 million shares and rising everyday. Will the shareholders of the common get any of the IPO spinoff shares? I think not. Paulson slipped today and said he wanted to refer it as a Initial Public Offering, not a spinoff. When they do bring it out all of that money for the IPO Spinoff / Initial public Offering will probably end up in the NAVR's company bank account. After all, they do have to give everyone raises and bonuses because the companies stock is doing so well. They do have to give the new CEO of NET RADIO a big salary. Paulson might take that job too. The converts seem to be doing allot of converting lately. They understand value and hype better than the average investor.
