Welcome back, Svejk!

I've been out of touch recently, too. My browser (IE) died while trying to apply the latest Microsoft update. Every time I tried to bring up Internet Explorer, it told me that the updates I was trying to apply were already applied. Since I couldn't get into my browser to download a newer version, I was stuck.

I have one of those new-fangled PC's that goes into "sleep" mode when it hasn't been used for several minutes. So, for the past week, I haven't shut down my system. We had a power failure today due to some home construction in the area, and when my system rebooted itself ... presto changeo ... the problem went away.

So, now I can waste just as much time on SI as I have grown accustomed to wasting over the past couple of years. Oh, joy.

Now, all I have to do is catch up on about 700 posts on all my favorite threads. I figure I'll be done before Christmas.

It's good to have you back. You did get my hand scribbled note about this year's Christmas card list, didn't you? Remember ... the gold lined cards go to the stockholders with over 100,000 FBNA shares. The rest of the stockholders get the plain paper ones.
